Production Supervisor (Stationed in Batam)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
Main Purpose of Job :
Production Supervisor is the person who helps production manager in managing the productions operation and to ensure the production can run smoothly as per planning. He/she is responsible for manpower arrangement training, quality and quantity of the output.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the department head to oversee the production activities

Hold daily meeting with all subordinate
-
Supervise for daily output
-
Planning, control & training the manpower based on production required
-
Ensure the 5S implement on the production area
-
Have the knowledge about ISO and help to maintain of ISO document in relevant dept.

Able to provide guidance to production member (leader & operator) about working procedure and system in production dept, and have the ability to lead and improve productivity within the dept.

Cross-functional management of QA, materials, IS and HR support for the team
-
Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Monitors usage of utilities to ensure efficiency of operations.

Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Requirements:

Degree / Diploma from reputable university
-
Familiar with manufacturing processes; analysis of abnormal factor; determine capacity of each process; quality improvement; reduction of resources; analysis problem of down time equipments and its countermeasure.

Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Word.

Possess strong personality, innovative, self-motivated and strong willingness to work in a highly production environment.

Able to function effectively as an individual or team player and well-organized person.

Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
