Responsibilities:

Main Purpose of Job :

Leader is the person who help supervisor to arrange & monitor manpower to ensure the production can run smoothly as per planning

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Arrange and assign job to individual operator.
• Petrol and do line inspection.
• Ensure operators are performing their job correctly as per instruction given.
• Inform and feedback to supervisor if any problem/abnormality.
• Monitor and overview the discipline of operators.
• Assist supervisor to improve productivity and innovation.
• Monitor and update daily output in production, manpower status, quality and shipment schedule.
• Conduct daily meeting with operator before running the production
• Able to provide training and guidance to operator.
• Implement and maintain 5S in working place.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as assistant leader/leader in manufacturing line
• Minimum high school graduated
• Able to work in dependently
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work under stress and long hours in required
