Responsibilities:

• In charge for compiling and controlling PO (Purchase Order) data.
• Managing PO report and sell-through also sell-out promo.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma Degree in any major.
• Having min. 1 year of experience in administration support (in sales and marketing area would be an advantage).
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Table and VLOOKUP).
• Committed and familiar with tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate with cross-functional and multiple location teams.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision and/or in a team.
