Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Food and Beverage Manager in 4 or 5 star hotel
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Track record in training through high ratings for customer service
• A proven success in F&B marketing and revenue development
• A proven success in F&B cost control
• Worked with and Executive Chef
• Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget analysis
• Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
