The group is embarking on an aggressive business diversification and growth expansion plan and seek the right individuals to fill the following positions in our Indonesian operations.

Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Develop, determine and commit to sales target for assigned market segment in accordance with the business plan and strategy.
• Plan appropriate customer relationship strategies to identify new sales opportunities within the given markets in order to achieve targeted business volume and to build strong relationship with customers

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder preferably in Chemistry.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Candidates must have sound knowledge of product chemistries and intensive involvement in product formulations with extensive working experience, specially having experience to manufacturing target.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, aggressive, task and results-oriented.
• Excellent inter-personal, relationship management, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong sales closing skills, innovative, creative, perseverance and sense of urgency are essential.
• Preferably below 30 years old.
