Admin, HR & Finance Support
Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping, Filing, Journal, Receptionist
• Monitoring the petty cash book
• Office supplies and maintenance
• Payroll administration: Attendance Management, Contract Agreement, Employees Reimbursement, Medical Insurance, etc
• Arranging ticket and accommodations for staffs traveling
• Perform any other related duties as the management may require from time to ti

Requirements:

• Female
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fluency in English both oral and written
• Chinese speaking is preferable
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
• Self-motivated, result oriented, excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years working experience
