Legal Secretary
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Having good knowledge in corporate legal, agreement, handling & monitoring licenses, permits
• Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, and regulatory compliance of the company
• Review corporate and commercial agreements as well as provide professional advice on related matters
• Prepare correspondence and legal document if needed
• Maintain document systems to track of legal filling 

Requirements:

• S1  degree in Accounting / Finance / Legal with GPA min 3.00
• Female, Max 35 years old
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good analytical thinking, systematic, and detailed oriented person
• Mandarin speaking is advantageous
• Excellent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral)
• Willing to work at Jl. M.H.Thamrin, Jakarta
