PERSONNEL & GA DEPARTMENT HEAD (PGA-P03)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• All personnel matters, HR information system, policy and procedures
• Performance Appraisal for all employee
• MPP Monitoring
• Managing things related to office working facilities and building
• Provide services to quality and effectiveness of the working environment
• To assist HR become the business partner to the business and the associates

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree and above from Human Resource, Management, Psychology, or Law
• Minimum 4 years in related field with at least 2 years at management level.
• Highly service mindset
• Broad knowledge of vehicles maintenance, handling office working tools.
• Possess good community skills to cope with internal & external colleagues
• Familiar with HR Policy, HRIS, Performance Management
• Fluent in English both written and oral
