Plating Engineer (Manufacturing Operations)
East (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• To oversee process improvement, inclusive of cost reductions, etc
• Manage all manufacturing engineering activities for workshop on plating, wet surface treatment, adhesive reactor
• Involved in any new processes/ equipment engineering interfacing/ integration projects
• Responsible and accountable for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department
• Accountable for the quality of product produced
• Account for the manufacturing yield at wet 1 process
• Account for the for the chemical hazardous inventory stock compliance to the legal requirement Account for Safety of the workshop

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in Applied Chemistry/ Chemistry/ Mechanical Engineering 
• At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry
• Process oriented for manufacturing technical support

Location: Changi
